3Registration & Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one Spade66 account only. Registering more than one account under the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or payment details — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
• You must update your account information if there are any changes to your phone number or email address.
• Your account password is strictly personal. Do not share it with anyone, including family members.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Spade66 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to make depositing easy. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no additional processing fees on Spade66's end.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Winnings obtained through legitimate gameplay or betting on the Spade66 platform may be withdrawn subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the method selected.
• Spade66 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified amount.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the registered account holder's name only — withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.

Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements (rollover requirement) cannot be withdrawn as cash. Only real money balances (deposited funds and winnings that have fulfilled all wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.

7Casino & Slots Game Rules

All games available on the Spade66 platform — including slots, table games, blackjack, baccarat, and Live Casino — use a certified random number generator (RNG) independently verified by a third-party body. This ensures every game outcome is fully random and fair to all players.

• The results of completed games that have been credited to an account are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical system error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Spade66 will use system records to determine a fair outcome based on the available match data.
• The use of any automation software, bots, or tools that make gameplay decisions automatically is strictly prohibited on Spade66.

• Odds displayed are the odds at the time the bet is placed. Any change in odds after a bet has been confirmed will not affect your wager.
• Spade66 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet if there is irregularity in the conduct of a match, evidence of manipulation, or circumstances affecting the integrity of the event.
• For in-play betting, odds change in real time and Spade66 is not responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate information from sources outside the platform.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before reaching the stipulated minimum period, all related bets will be refunded to the member's account.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win in order to receive a payout. If one match within an accumulator is cancelled, that selection will be removed from the accumulator and the odds recalculated accordingly.

For bets involving Malaysia Super League football matches in particular, Spade66 follows the official results announced by the league's governing body. Any dispute or appeal regarding officially recognised match results will not be accepted as grounds for bet adjustments.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Spade66 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including:

• Registration of more than one account by the same individual.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity involving a Spade66 account.
• Use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities to obtain illegitimate winnings.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed at Spade66 customer support staff.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the Spade66 support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible real money balances will be processed for withdrawal to the payment method registered in your account.
